ABOUT US
Super Tic-Tac-Toe is a pixel-art strategy game that takes the three-by-three grid everyone already knows and builds a full tactical battler on top of it: a board of boards, a cast of characters, items and power-ups, and an economy to spend them in.
THE GAME
Every square of the main board contains its own smaller board. Winning a small board claims that square, and claiming three in a row wins the match — but your move decides which board your opponent has to play in next, so every turn is both an attack and a handoff.
On top of that sit the parts that make it a battler rather than a puzzle: a roster of characters with their own abilities, items and power-ups earned through play, and a shop to spend your winnings in.
HOW TO PLAY IT
The game runs entirely in your browser, free, with no account to create. It also installs as an app on phones and desktops if you'd rather have it on your home screen.
You can play locally against a friend or the computer, or head online to face someone else — either through a private room you share by link or QR code, or through matchmaking.
HOW WE BUILT IT
The game is deliberately lightweight. There are no accounts and no player database — your progress, your unlocks and your settings live in your own browser, on your own device. Online matches pass moves between the two players without us keeping a record of the game afterwards.
That choice costs us analytics and cross-device saves. We think it's the right trade: it means there's no pile of player data to leak, and nothing to sign up for before you play. The specifics are laid out in our Privacy Policy.
WHO MAKES IT
Super Tic-Tac-Toe is operated by OtoCo WY LLC - Think Strategically - Series 507, a registered series of a Wyoming series limited liability company. The game is funded by advertising, which is what keeps it free to play.
It's actively developed and still growing — characters, items and modes get added as they're finished. If you want to follow along or shape what comes next, the Discord is where that happens.
